I emailed as soon as I ordered it realizing it wouldnât work, I got no response and now the email says I canât return.

My package was tampered with, opened and resealed. Individual packages within the main package were open. There were loose razor blades everywhere. Some packages were used and retaped together, some were maybe new, but I can't use any of these, and now no one is responding to my request for a refund
