I received a half empty container of the Proraso. My entire order was a mess and the customer service is nonexistent. The site states that they have 24/7 customer support which is not the case. There is nobody who can help you. I would never recommend ordering from this site
BarberSets sent me a wrong bottle of Clubman aftershave. They charged me for 16 oz but sent me 6oz. I have issues with the entire order. They sold me used Proraso pre-shave cream and counterfeit Proraso Shaving Cream. I tried to resolve the issue and contacted multiple times but they never got back to me. I am very unhappy with their customer service and business model. I would NOT recommend buying from BarberSets.
