All orders require 24-72 hours of processing time before shipping. Canada Post deliveries will be made on Saturday but not on Sunday. Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands cannot be guaranteed. Please wait for 24 to 48 hours after your package has been shipped for your tracking information to be updated by email.
Q: I didn't receive the item (package is lost), What can I do next?
A:
- Check that your shipping address is correct.
- Check around any accessible doors, mailbox, or garage.
- Please contact us if you do not receive your package within 3 business days.
- Contact the carrier. Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (Canada Post).
NOTE: Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means that your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration! But your package is likely to show up within 3 days of a false scan.
Q: What will shipping cost me?
A: We offer free shipping for all orders over 149 CAD using Canada Post. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping. Please note that some products are not eligible for Free Shipping if they are heavy in weight.
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: GENERALLY, orders received before 9:00 a.m. ET are shipped in 1 - 2 business days. We ship orders in the order they are received. Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately. We will, however, work to ship it as quickly as possible.
Q: Carrier Returned the package back to sender (I was out of town, unable to sign for my package, or due to an insufficient address), How can I get it re-shipped?

If the package is shipped via Canada Post, you can track the location of your package on the Canada Post website. When Canada Post is unable to deliver a package due to a signature requirement they will generally attempt twice to deliver. However, if the package is unable to be delivered it will be returned to us and The Barber Supplier will not be held responsible for any re-shipping fees if you would like the package re-sent.

Before checking out, please keep in mind some orders will require a signature. Please make sure all addresses are up to date. The labels on packages are created with the same exact address provided by you on your account. You can update your address on The Barber Supplier under "My Account." If the package is unable to be delivered it will be returned to us and The Barber Supplier will not be held responsible for any re-shipping fees if you would like the package re-sent.
The Barber Supplier is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered due to a lost package and/or if a signature is required for a package to be delivered. Please track your package and confirm signature requirements. You can schedule delivery times with the carrier at your own expense. By placing an order on The Barber Supplier, you are agreeing to these terms and thereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to natural causes or delivery issues unless the fault is of The Barber Supplier.
