My husband and I absolutely love the blades and get a really nice close shave and got an extremely great deal. Was just not happy with when I went to purchase the blades, I was told I would receive them with in a day or two after purchasing only to find out that was not true and I would have to pay extra for faster delivery, but still was not told how much sooner I would receive them.
I had a terrible experience with BarberSets. I placed an order and they sent me the wrong product. I tried to contact their customer service several times, but they never responded. There was no refund, no support, and no solution.
I had to contact my bank and file a dispute to recover my money. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this website. It seems like a scam or at least a very unreliable business.
I only received 1 of the same 4 items I ordered. I've emailed and called 4 times since the delivery of just the 1 item and no-one has gotten back to me. I only receive requests to leave my feedback about the purchasing experience. I will not shop at or recommend babersets again especially since I paid extra for the shipping protection.
Biota Botanicals are great. I've used them for years. For some reason, their home website seems to be broken, and it has been for some months. Are they out of business? I'm happy to find you as a new source for Biota Botanicals. Many thanks. -- Owen Allen.
