I received Order #3922 from The Barber Supplier, and the product arrived with visible corrosion spotting and appears to have been previously opened. I immediately contacted the merchant on February 17 and attached photo evidence of the defect.
I followed up on February 18 via their online chat and again on February 20 and February 23 via email. I received only automated responses and no resolution. There is no return option available in my account, and the merchant does not provide a phone number.
I would not recommend them to anybody, I think their strategy is to list prices lower but they are selling defective product and even though they mention a 30-day refund police, there it no return options and non-response from the seller.
