The picture next to the description was for a cordless model which is what I wanted and thought I ordered. I received a corded model. I have requested a return authorization but have not received that.
The smell is unique and nice, reminds you of old barber shop. It lathering very easy and very slick on the face. After shaving and rinsing face with cold water it leaves your face very soft and moisturizing. And the customer service from the barber supplier was superb, thank you for great experience.
STAY AWAY! I purchased an expensive, barbershop grade clippers and set of combs - both the same brand. Unfortunately, the combs are incompatible with the clippers. I've written them 3 times now asking for an exchange(!), not even a refund, and they don't bother responding. There's no phone number or any way to reach them, except an email address they don't respond from. I'll be filing a complaint with Shopify and my credit card. STAY AWAY!

The items were received on time, but five of them were damaged. Pictures were serpent as requested on 08/20/25 and again on 09/15/25 but no response has been received. Am out of five teams that came damaged in the shipment received, hopefully a replacement will be sent.

The cologne was delivered on time to my Canada Post Super Box, and tracking alert gave me lots of notice. I started with the small sample cologne pump spray, liked it and ordered the 100ml bottle. It is the same scent, (no manufacturer’s ‘sorry, it’s a new batch’ to explain a different scent from the original). Safe to order, arrives on time, product quality control is excellent (scent, container, pump sprayer etc). I would recommend and buy this product again.
